User Policy
Though anyone can browse the course library and webinars, one needs to be logged in to the LMS to enrol for the same. Anyone can register on the LMS using their mobile number.
All trainees participating in the courses must agree to abide by the following code:
- Your answers to quizzes, exams and other assignments will be your own work (except for assignments that explicitly permit collaboration).
- You will not make solutions to quizzes, exams and other assignments available to anyone else (except to the extent an assignment explicitly permits sharing solutions). This includes both solutions attempted by you, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.
- You will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve your results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.
Payment
It is possible to pay for the services by PayU services. If it is not stated differently, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Cancellation and Refunds
You cannot ask for cancellation of the services ordered. We do not offer refunds for payments made for courses or webinars. If you do not earn your completion certificate within the stipulated time after registering for a course, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the same in order to complete the course and earn your completion certificate.
Copyright and Trademark Policy
BAIF retains all intellectual property rights on the courses available on this LMS. Reproduction and distribution of any material in this website without prior written consent from BAIF is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
